One of the Milwaukee area’s larger apartment portfolios has been sold to an investors groups led by two prominent developers
The seven apartment communities, totaling 397 units, were sold by groups affiliated with Supreme Builders Inc. to groups led by Scott Yauck, chief executive officer of Cobalt Partners LLC, and Robert Joseph, CEO of Joseph Property Development LLC.
