Massive 1902 Allis-Chalmers building would go down in revitalization of 70th Street in West Allis
The massive Allis-Chalmers building along 70th Street would be razed in the proposed $87 million redevelopment of the 70th Street corridor, developer Scott Yauck said.
However, Cobalt Partners, which proposes the redevelopment, plans to work with the tenants to relocate within the redevelopment, he said.
