84 South stores in Greenfield sell for $34.5 million. Developer to use cash for other Milwaukee-area projects
Most of the 84 South retail space in Greenfield has been sold to a local investor for $34.5 million.
The buildings, which cover 195,000 square feet west of South 84th Street between I-894 and West Layton Avenue, were sold by affiliates of 84 South developer Cobalt Partners LLC to 84 South Retail Center LLC, led by Davinder Toor.
