Cobalt Partners buys West Allis parcel to assemble development site west of I-41 and south of Lincoln Avenue
A West Allis development site has been sold to a well-known area developer.
An affiliate of Cobalt Partners LLC has purchased a 3.1-acre site, at 2356 S. 102nd St., for $1.43 million, according to state real estate records posted Wednesday.
The parcel includes an 18,450-square-foot office building constructed in 1973, according to listing broker Cushman & Wakefield/Boerke Co. The property was sold by Schlafbrunnen Properties LLC.
If that building were demolished and the land combined with an adjacent property that Cobalt owns at 2400 S. 102nd St., it would create a development site with around 5 acres, said Scott Yauck, Cobalt president and chief executive officer.
