Developers buy portfolio of suburban apartments and vacant land for more in $59M deal
Two Milwaukee-area developers bought 397 apartments, plus 26 acres in Greenfield where they could build around 250 more, in a $59 million purchase from Supreme Builders Inc. of West Allis.
